Enrich data for the digital cert renew failure error message

Hello,

Today the data for the digital cert renew failure error message is not enough to help us troubleshoot the problem.

This message, shown in the cPanel interface, at the section of "SSL/TLS Status", looks something like:

DNS DCV: No local authority: “domain.com”; HTTP DCV: The content “<html> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"> <title>אתרי ה …” of the DCV (Domain Control Validation) file, as accessed at “http://domain.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/A2_0IYYBFSKB27XVI9DLP9S9TZ-ZQ8FA”, did not match the expected value. The domain “domain.com” resolved to an IP address “178.45.74.71” that does not exist on this server.

I guess this is only one type of error, so please enrich all types with following data about the failed request:

1. Date, time and time zone of when the request was sent

2. The source IP (the one that is using the most outer Internet address)

3. The target port number (I guess usually 80 or 443)

4. If possible - the value of the "user-agent" request header

5. The response code number and text the request received from the server (e.g. 200 OK, or, 433 Forbidden, and so on)
