Ability for server admins to submit a direct ticket to cPanel

As a server administrator it is extremely important to have the ability to submit a direct ticket to cPanel support in certain situations, rather than waiting for and relying on a NOC or DC to act as the middle-man and then hoping that they will actually contact cPanel from their end and correctly convey an important issue directly related to cPanel / WHM functionality problems and issues. Please bring back the ability for us to submit a direct ticket as we were able to do for decades up until 2024.
