Ability to move a domain from one cpanel account to another cpanel account on the same server

There are times when it would be nice to be able to reorganize my accounts and put a few domains in a new account of their own. This can be done already I think but what about moving one domain from one cpanel account to another cpanel account on the same server. Both accounts would already exist and no new account is created.
