Tweak Settings > Restrict documents roots additional options

Needs Review

Currently, in Tweak Settings, the setting "Restrict document roots to public_html"

Having addon domains either in the public_html, or directly in the account root are both "messy" options, as it potentially mixes website files with other important files, this can cause confusion in less technical users and lead to incorrect deletion of important files.

The suggestion would be to allow additional options to be specified for this, as example, allow a custom folder to be specified like "domains" then addon/subdomains would be cleanly organized into /home/$username/domains/$domain1 as example
