Profile Picture in Cpanel Emails

Needs Review

As a cPanel User, I would like to have "Profile Picture in Cpanel Emails".

This means that, when I send Emails with my cPanel Email Account through RoundCube or Webmail, I will like an opportunity to have my Profile Picture sent with the Email, as is possible in Gmail and other Email Service providers.

This feature is currently missing in Emails sent by cPanel, and the "unknown person avatar" or "First Name text avatar" that users receive in Emails from our cPanel Account makes us appear like ghosts that should not be trusted.

Now, when we send Emails through Cpanel, no Profile Picture goes along with the Email.

In the user flow, cPpanel Emails are sent through RoundCube, and RoundCube sits in our cPanel as one of our cPanel utilities.

The questions is--Why can't we be able to add Profile Pictures in the Emails we send through RoundCube or Webmail, in the way that we are able to add Profile Pictures in Gmail?

There is a Settings section in Control Panel, RoundCube and Webmail.

These Settings in Control Panel, RoundCube and Webmail do not include any option to add Profile Picture directly to Emails sent through RoundCube or Webmail, as is possible in Gmail.

We(users of cPanel, RoundCube and Webmail) need this Feature of adding Profile Picture to cPanel, RoundCube and Webmail emails, added.

BENEFITS

The benefit that the request adds to the product is that it makes cPanel Emails to have a Professional appeal.

BENEFITS TO THE USER

When people receive an Email from a website (whether it is a Business website, Portfolio website, or Personal website), the Profile Picture is the first thing people see while looking for and trying to connect with you.

People prefer working with someone trustworthy. So the right friendly Profile Picture helps in building trust from the start.

An outdated picture or the absence of one instantly makes people think twice about working with you.

Profile Picture also serves as a mark of identity and symbol of reliability. So people see your profile Picture, and they subconsciously think that they've actually met you, and could rely on You.

In essence, Profile Picture is about Trust building, is about a Positive impression, and enables easily connection.

If cPanel adds this feature, cPanel will make its Email utility to have a Professional appeal.

Then again, it will help its users to build Trust, create Positive impression, and connect easily with their users through a professional Email utility of cPanel.

Regards.
