System backups to include mod_security settings

Needs Review

Despite what "Backup->Backup Configuration->Files->Back up System Files" "Recommended. Supports server restoration" implies, it does not backup all system files - in particular, it has missed out /etc/apache2/modsec/modsec2.user.conf containing custom Modsecurity rules.

Could the entire /etc/apache2/conf.d folder please be backed up into (backup)/system/dirs ?
