add feature to add permission to filemanager

We require your assistance regarding the file manager in cPanel.
Specifically, we aim for end-users opening the file manager to directly access the 'public_html' directory.
However, we want to restrict them from navigating up one level to the root directory, which is '/home/username/public_html'.
They should not have access to '/home/username/'. Your support in implementing this restriction would be highly appreciated.
