Can prohibit install wordpress from cPanel?

Hello there,

If I'm root for WHM, can I prohibit anyone install wordpress from cPanel? Or any others way? I really stress with wordpress right now. If I allow to install wordpress, a lot of spams & sometimes backdoor created then it will affect our server.

You can google keyword like "backdoor wordpress". A lot of issues. Quite scary.
