Better progress reporting for the Transfer Tool

As a System Administrator, I would like to see an improvement to the progress reporting during the Transfer Tool process. The benefit of this is that Systems Administrators can have more confidence that the process is definitely progressing, as opposed to potentially being unnecessarily concerned that the process has frozen or fallen over.

More specifically: currently I'm using the transfer tool to transfer a hosting account that is approx 110Gb in size.



I'm expecting the transfer process to take between 5 and 8 hours.

Currently the RESTORE progress is reporting as 18%, but I'm not expecting that 18% figure to increase at all until the incremental file list has been received... in at least 4-6 hours from now.

What I'd like to see is this 18% progress percentage increasing over time, based on the calculated size of the data to transfer, and the current data transfer speed.

And/or any other reporting in the Transfer Tool dashboard that, in fact, the transfer is progressing.
