Enforce password reset for all webmail from WHM

Hello,
There is the need to enforce webmail password reset from WHM for all emails on the server i.e. once user access the webmail, he/she will be prompted to enter old password and must reset new password before the email can be accessed. The force password reset need to be initiated from the WHM.
