ImageMagick on Ubuntu

Needs Review

While GraphicsMagick is mostly compatible with all of the web applications we run on cPanel servers, there are a few outliers that require specific features of ImageMagick. Currently, GraphicsMagick is required by cPanel when running on Ubuntu, and while we can install ImageMagick, it gets replaced with GraphicsMagick on the next run of `/scripts/upcp`.

If we could have the option to replace GraphicsMagick with ImageMagick on Ubuntu it would be most appreciated! Thank you.
