Add Option to Disable Creation of Service Subdomains for Subdomains

Service subdomains are created when you create domains and there is an option in Tweak Settings to disable/enable their creation (default is enabled). cPanel does two things:

1. Create DNS A record for each
2. Create ServerAlias directive for each.

Service subdomains are also created when you create subdomains. cPanel does one thing:

1. Create DNS A record for each

REQUESTS:

1. Add the option in Tweak Settings to enable/disable the creation of service subdomains for newly created subdomains.
2. Make it default to not be created when creating subdomains.

REASONS:

Service subdomains for subdomains are completely useless and will almost never be used for anything. They just bloat DNS zone files, especially the file of the main domain, which can have thousands of them.
