Allow Team Users access to multiple accounts

I'm surprised this feature doesn't exist already (or a request for it either) but we've just been upgraded to cPanel/WHM version 114 which looks great in every other respect but the simple (conceptual) request is to have to have the ability to assign access to multiple server accounts to any given Team user.

NB At the moment you are only able to assign a new user to a single account and there's no ability to add the same user to a different server account.

Obvious (I think) use case for us as the 'agency' is that we only want to add access to trusted outside developers/collaborators to select number of client server accounts (rather than all of them or just one of them).

IE A typical Team User for us would need to have:

1. a single username
2. a single email address assigned to the account (as is)
3. a single password for the account (as is)

And ideally it would be nice to have an overview function to see who has access to what but that's entirely secondary (for us) to being able to provide multiple access on a single user.

The other existing features within the panel for the users are great. Nice job.
