Currently cpanel provide tomcat 10.1 with Java 11 via

Most popular java framework Spring boot current version 3 required tomcat 10.1 (servlet 6.0) and Java 17


So Cpanel must update cpnnel provided tomcat image from 10.1 with Java 17
