auto ADD dmarc as spt and DKIM

HI,

I request to add a feature to auto-add dmarc while creating accounts in cPanel, just like SPF and DKIM

As per the article, google and Yahoo will tighten their filter in 2024 and need dmarc to be enabled for secure delivery
