Host Access Control - Needs to include Rule Edit, Ordering and Comments

As a cPanel admin I would like to request new features to "Host Access Control" to include Rule Edit, Ordering and Comments to make it more efficient. (Security Center > Host Access Control)

I have been using cpanel and cloud linux 7 and started working on cloud linux 8 / AlmaLinux to find that the Host access control is extremely limited on CL8 compared to CL7.

Currently if we need to change the "Host Access Control" rule order we need to delete all of the rejects then add more allows and then add back the rejects which is a long way around.

without "Host Access Control" rule comments we need to track all rules with a local note file on what IP is for what and who/why. This adds layers and time to management that could be avoided.

without the "Host Access Control" rule edit we need to delete the rule, add it back and then if it is an allow then we need to delete all rejects then add the allow along with adding back all rejects back one by one. This also adds layers and time to management that could be avoided.

CL7 had that ability to edit, comment and order so why was that removed in CL8/AlmaLinux?
