IPv4 new IPs and IPv6 ranges per interface selectable

Needs Review

At the moment, only one interface can be selected where the new IP addresses are added (Basic WebHost Manager® Setup >> Basic Config > The ethernet device onto which new IP addresses are added.).
It happens that IPv6 implementations can be done with vlans or another interface, not all implementations are dual stack on the same IPv4 interface.
It would be wonderful if you could determine the interface for each IPv4 or IPv6 range.
