Set cPHulk to use iptables (not nftables / firewalld)

Needs Review

As a System Administrator I would like a feature or hack to force cPHulk to use [ iptables ] only at AlmaLinux 8 / CloudLinux 8.

I do not want to use [ nftables ] / [ firewalld ] at all. I have disabled [ firewalld ] service and enabled [ iptables ].

The old cPHulk (cPanel WHM v110) at CloudLinux 6 used [ iptables ] to block BF attacker IPs.

I would like to continue using [ iptables ] only for cPanel WHM v112 at AlmaL 8 / CloudLinux 8.

There are all 3 of them [iptables, nftables, firewalld] installed at CL8, but I want to use [ iptables ] only.

I could not set cPHulk to use [ iptables ] for CP/WHM v112 AlmaLinux8/CloudLinux8.

I want cPHulk to use [ iptables ] only for blocking attackers IP.
