Includes 'Provides' line in 'cpanel-exim' Ubuntu package

Somewhat of an obscure technical request, but could a "Provides" line be added to the .deb control file for the cpanel-exim Ubuntu package with the value of "mail-transport-agent"?

I install logwatch on all our servers, and have recently deployed our first Ubuntu cPanel server. Ubuntu provides a logwatch package, but it has a dependency on the "mail-transport-agent" virtual package. This means it then tries to install the Ubuntu-provided postfix package (or an alternative MTA). Having cPanel's exim package tell apt that it provides an MTA would prevent this.

I have worked around this with a dummy MTA package, but it would be nice if this wasn't necessary.
