Excluded Suspended accounts option for: Vulnerabilities found on your Server - Action Required: WP

As a web-hosting provider, I would like the ability to exclude suspended accounts from the Imunify scan results emails "Vulnerabilities found on your Server - Action Required: WordPress", so that there's less noise and I can focus on actual issues.

For my setup, outdated WP installations in a suspended account aren't a vulnerability - the WP code isn't getting executed anyway on a suspended account.
