Make the upgrade notice in WHM more obvious that it is clickable

If you don't have automatic updates enabled on your WHM server, you may see the following update notification in the top-right corner (image attached)

It is not obvious to all users that this is a link, so adding text such as "click here to see update options" page could be helpful for some users.
