Add ACME Zero SSL as an alternative AutoSSL provider

As a web-hosting provider, I would like cPanel to add ACME Zero SSL as a third option to AutoSSL so that we have more options if both Sectigo and Let's Encrypt have issues.

Zero SSL when used via ACME seems to have everything unlimited including wildcard SSL certificates where as Let's Encrypt has limits and Sectigo doesn't provide wild card certificates.

Having an alternative authority that can generate wildcard certificates would make a lot of sense.
