WHM upgrade changelog link and display info of the changes to be applied

It would be really good to have links and/or details embeded into the upgrade pages when asked by the system to upgrade WHM.

See the image below as a guide for what would be really useful for when manually updating WHM with new available changelogs. Showing the external changelog canon or a link to the same.

1) Give a link to the Changelog URL for the relevant version. (A)

2) Give a summary of the Changes that will be applied with the coming update. (B)
