Change FTP Accounts directory

Needs Review

In the cPanel FTP Accounts interface would be nice to have the option of changing the landing directory of an FTP User.

In the actual status, it's necessary to delete the account altogether in order to be able to change it's landing FTP Directory, so it would be nice to have the option of just changing his Directory via UI by adding another button next to Change Password, Change Quota ecc.
