On cPanel accounts with e-mail on mail only node, allow users to set e-mail route to remote.

As a web-hosting provider I would like cPanel users on a server with e-mail offloaded to a mail only node to be able to configure e-mail routing so that they can choose to host their e-mail with another supplier if they want to.

There are quite a few cases where this is necessary and the current inability for both the cPanel user and the web host to be able to configure e-mail routing makes the e-mail only feature not usable for selling web hosting.

The following cases require this setting :

- A cPanel user who want's to move his website and e-mails separately to our servers

- A cPanel user who want's to use Gsuite apps, or Office 365 for his e-mail

- A cPanel user who hosts his e-mail with a different e-mail supplier

- A cPanel user who used to host this e-mail with their supplier and want's to move his e-mail away to another supplier.

We are upset that cPanel has marked the mail only node feature as production ready when it is not usable for selling shared web hosting.
