Allow DNS Managemnet without registering cpanel account

Hi Cpanel devs,

is it possible to implement such feature like access to the cpanel DNS Zone editor for whose users who have domain only on the cpanel server ? We have a large number of such domains registered through whmcs and is it possible to deploy a client area for this case to allow the users log in and edit their dns records ? Сreating a separate cpanel account for each such user looks very irrational.
