Option to disable cpcalendar, cpcontacts, webmail, etc.

I'm guessing that only a small % of cPanel users still use cpcalendar, cpcontacts, webmail.

For the rest of us, it's an annoyance, and potentially a security weakness (less is more!) to have these software packages running.

Additionally, AutoSSL frequently spits out warnings that it can't issue SSL certs for these domains (e.g. cpcalendar.domainname.com) because there's no corresponding IP address for this. These can be safely ignored, but still irritating.

Therefore I'd the ability to be able to disable these services completely (globally via WHM, or individually via cPanel).

- Less potential security weaknesses
- Less irritating SSL notifications
