Needs a feature to block IPs to certain services rather than by ports

As a System Administrator, I would like to be able to block IPs to certain services (cPanel, WHM, webmail & etc) rather than blocking them by ports ('cause every service subdomains and main website use the same ports (443)), so that I can block users from trying to access cPanel and other services while let them browse our site.

This feature has been removed since CentOS 8/CloudLinux 8. I've currently disabled all service subdomains and using them with port numbers instead.
