Nginx Reverse Proxy -- add configurable rules for caching dynamic content

In all honesty Engintron performs much better than cPanel's Nginx Reverse Proxy as they have added micro caching for dynamic content. It would be nice if cPanel could take a similar approach. Ideally this could take the shape of editable config files like in Engintron for dynamic content.

Honestly I'd just use Engintron but cPanel's implementation is nice in that users can enable/disable/clear caching for themselves, and Cloudflare support is automatic.

Wish we could combine the two!!
