Place a copy of the "combined" SSL certificate in the -home-user directory for easy access

Needs Review

I would like to see a copy of the combined SSL that is present in /var/cpanel/ssl/apache_tls/domain.com placed in /home/username so it could be easily accessed by the site admin if necessary.
