Add ability to alter/hide Elevate Warning Banner

Hello


We are looking for a cPanel supported method that would allow us to persistently alter the warning banner message on the WHM Login Screen regarding the cPanel Elevate Option. Ideally we would like to allow the warning regarding the system reaching EOL but remove the click through information link regarding inplace OS updates
