Proper bandwidth accounting when using Nginx cache.

Nginx Cache was added to cPanel some time ago and still does not properly log bandwidth usage (unknown if it logs visits properly for analog/webalizer/etc?)

For a "supported feature" in cPanel ... this should work properly. I thought my server was broken after standing up a new one and enabling Nginx noticed it was no longer counting bandwidth properly. Honestly, considering the cost of this product there should be more attention to detail like this, or if it isn't fully working properly leave it marked as "beta" since it clearly is feature incomplete.
