Auto enable "Force redirect to SSL" when domain have active SSL

Automatically Enable "Force Redirect to SSL" Feature for Active SSL Certificates

When a domain has an active SSL certificate, it would be beneficial to have the "Force Redirect to SSL" feature enabled by default. This would eliminate the need for users to manually enable the feature, as it can be confusing for customers who are not familiar with SSL certificates.

Currently, many customers inquire about why their site is not showing with SSL, and we have to manually click the "Force Redirect to SSL" button for them. To simplify this process and enhance the user experience, it would be ideal to have a function that automatically enables this feature for domains with active SSL certificates.
