Add autoSSL certificate expiration notification option to WHM and cPanel

There are a lot of notification options for autoSSL certificates, but there is not one for certificate expiration. It is available as an API function (notify_autossl_expiry) but isn't in WHM or cPanel.

This maybe more than any other cert notification would be important to have easily available.

(Note: This has nothing to do with the hostname certificate and its warnings and notifications. This feature already exists for the hostname cert.)
