Add option to remove account's access_logs from the transfered data

In WHM >> Transfer Tool we have the option to NOT move the following account data:

-Home Directory
-Reseller Privileges
-Databases
-Bandwidth data

It would also be nice to have an option to not move logs, such as the account's access_log data, as that can take up considerable space on an active account.
