ZeroSSL Support with AutoSSL

Sectigo is becoming increasingly unreliable, so I believe its time cPanel considered some alternatives. I am aware LetsEncrypt is available currently, however, with the rate-limiting being so restrictive it's not a viable alternative for shared environments on a large scale.

I believe ZeroSSL doesn't have any rate limiting on issuance, so it would be a great option to provide clients as an additional vendor.
