wp-toolkit - CPU and IO throttle

We all know wp-toolkit runs scripts that managed WP installs, however, there are times where we have noticed ( 94508311 - request ID - if need more details ) the wp-toolkit processes use to 100mbps of IO. Of course not always but it does IO from 2-120mbps.


Since wp-toolkit is a system user, I was told we won't be limit it using LVE limits, (wp-toolkit:x:982:976::/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/wp-toolkit/var:/bin/false - though udi not found in /usr/share/doc/setup*/uidgid ).

It would be nice to spawn sw-engine, wp-toolkit processes with a nice value to slowly manage WP stuffs and take time to accomplish rather use high resources that may create trouble for large users/vhosts servers or low resource servers.
