Dedicated server license (~5 accounts)

A dedicated server license with only 3-10 user accounts.

Why?
Because now we have to pay "Premier" with up to 100 accounts

Yeah... but why?
Because in this scenario I don't resell hosting, but have 5-ish high traffic, resource hungry business websites that require dedicated server

By current licensing model, we who need such licensing option, are forced to pay more than we need, sometimes even more than server price.
