NGINX Port changing

Needs Review

As a System Admin, I would like to change the NGINX Port config, so that NGINX and Varnish could be used for Magento caching. This should bring a big performance boost for all Magento installations.

Right now the conf file /etc/nginx/conf.d/users/user.conf is getting overwritten by Cpanel setting. I can't change NGINX Port to 8080
