return the monitor and the green/red bar to statistics in jupiter

one of the easy for client to see his ram/cpu/io disk and bandwith usage was the green/red bar progress in those things.

since the jupiter update they gone.

i think it should be back to be easier for the client to know when to upgrade the service and to notice his site using alot of resources if needed.
