Do not rename hostname to cprapid.com sub-domain

Needs Review

I know that the intent of creating a cprapid.com sub-domain is to insure that there is a valid SSL certificate, but this causes more problems than it's solving. As a dedicated and VPS provider, the hostname will never resolve when we install cPanel, as the customer does not know the IP to create a DNS record until the server is provisioned. This causes the hostname to change on the server (which the customers don't like / don't understand) and really messed up our invoices (as we end up with a ton of .cprapid.com hostnames).

Please create a command line switch for the "latest" cPanel installer script to have it keep the assigned hostname if it does not resolve.
