Add comment field in cPHulk Brute Force Protection

After upgraded into version 106.0.4. The comment field in cPHulk Brute Force Protection has been removed at the same time as blacklisting an IP. In order to add a comment, we need to type the IP address followed by "#" for single line comment. Would you mind adding the comment field back as previous version which allows us to enter multi comment line at the same time as blacklisting an IP.
