WHM >> Rearrange an Account should show the current partition for each user on the main page

When using the WHM >> Rearrange an Account tool, the page should show the current partition for each user so the administrator of the server knows which accounts need to be moved. This makes the process easier so you don't need multiple WHM tabs or windows open to view this information.
