Controlling cPanel core PHP functions errors logs

While having PHP-FPM on, then errors logs for cPanel services like roundCube, phpMyAdmin .. etc are stored in /home/username/logs/ folder which may confuse the user since he already doesn't have any permissions to debug or fix these issues.

I hope cPanel can allow WHM users to control configurations for cPanel core PHP without being overwritten with every update or at least change saving path for such errors logs outside users home directory to avoid any confusion.
