Allow to choose SQL profile for each database separately

Needs Review

It would be nice if there where a possibility to choose the SQL profile to use for a current database. If there is the requirement of legacy projects to have old versions of MySQL then a new profile to an old MySQL server could be made and choosen for the legacy projects database. The rest of the projects could use the newer one.

Important: right now it is possible to place databases on different db hosts already. But it is not possible to move them in a userfriendly way. When some databases are left on the old SQL profile, then phpMyAdmin won't work anymore. It doesn't find the database because the link points to the new activated profile already and there the database is not found. If it became possible to choose the SQL profile it is important to take phpMyAdmin also in account, that it will not be broken.

Right now when using SQL profiles and some of the databases are on one and the rest on another MySQL Server the backup process doesn't work for all of them. It tries to backup only the databases from active SQL profile. That should be solved too.
