Simplify integration of external SMTP services

Currently it is very difficult to integrate third party SMTP services like Mailchannels

so I think that WHM/CPanel should include a way to improve this. Maybe creating an open API.

I would also be great to have a mixed rules creator in order to allow only certain emails to be sent through a smarthost.
