Make Roundcube use by default the same locale as the cPanel user

As a web-hosting provider, I would like Roundcube to use the same locale as the cPanel user, so that non english speaking customers can use the webmail.

Currently Roundcube defaults to English (GB) when a user has French (FR) as their user language.

We would like Roundcube to use by default the same language as the cPanel's user language.
