Calendar Delegation through webmail interface

As a webmail user, I don't need access to the cPanel admin account, however, the Calendar Delegation is only available through cPanel interface. Hence, the webmail user can't manage their calendar delegation by themselves without getting the admin access to the cPanel interface.
To solve this, the calendar delegation option should be available in the webmail interface.
