Allow WHM users to temporarily reenable a licence that has been wrongly blocked

Needs Review

As a web-hosting provider, I would like to be able to temporarily re-enable a licence that was wrongly blocked until the issue is reviewed by billing support so that there is no downtime for cPanel and WHM interface and associated services caused by a wrong detection.

One of our development licences was wrongly blocked with the error message "The cPanel license server replied that the license has been activated on too many machines".

This licence was only installed on one machine. We had kernel crashes which required attempting multiple reboots to different kernels until the issue was fixed.

Waiting for billing department to answer is not acceptable. I would like cPanel to present the WHM user with a form to explain why the kernel changed so may times and instantly temporarily unblock the licence. Then when support has reviewed the reason the support can decide if the licence is enabled again.

I do not believe that allowing a cPanel licence to be used for the number of hours required by the billing department to respond would hurt cPanel financially, but not allowing this does hurt your paying customers when a licence is wrongly blocked.
