Sending Email with Round Robin method

Many providers like Gmail, Yahoo are throttling emails to their server whenever we send large number of emails from the shared hosting server. This is problematic for the shared hosting server when you have many accounts.

It would be great if we can get an option to send email from different IP addresses and update relay IP address. This way we can reduce the outbound email volume from the server and emails may not be throttled because of volume. I understand it can still be blocked if there is spam and but it can help for legitimated emails who have large outgoing email volume.
